This lounge is exclusively for JCB members. If you pay with a JCB card at the reception, you can enter by wearing a fluorescent yellow paper ring on your arm. You will also receive one free drink. The lounge is right in front of the Kansai International Airport exhibition space, so it feels like you're meeting someone at the airport (^^)
