The vibe here is great.
IKI Sushi & Izakaya
Besides the Japanese atmosphere,
they also offer kimonos for rent to complement the atmosphere.
This restaurant is famous for its Thai fish, sourced from fishermen in the southern region. So I had to give it a try.
Food I ate:
- Thai Fish Shabu (599+ baht)
The fish was fresh and not fishy, served with seafood sauce and ponzu.
- Saba Baked Rice (599+ baht)
Hot rice with fragrant saba and ikura.
- Mushroom Set (3 Skewers) (119+ baht)
3 kinds of mushrooms topped with Japanese-style sauce.
- Chicken Breast with Oba Leaves (59+ baht)
Tender, bouncy, and fragrant chicken.
- Grilled Eel Skewers (109+ baht)
Grilled eel cooked in fragrant Japanese-style sauce.
- Pork Belly (59+ baht)
Japanese-style Marinated Pork.
- Tomato with Sesame Oil (99+ baht)
Sweet tomato with fragrant sesame oil.
- Vanilla Pudding (79+ baht)
Vanilla Fragrant.
- Iced Green Tea (Refillable) (59+ baht)
Before leaving, the restaurant offered free warm soup.
Reservations are recommended.
