[Otaguro Park] Autumn leaves light up

Suginami Ward Otaguro Park

About a 10-minute walk from Ogikubo Station. Quietly located in a residential area, this park offers such beautiful autumn foliage that it's hard to believe it's in Tokyo.

The autumn foliage illumination, which takes place every year from the end of November to the beginning of December, is especially worth a visit.

It's not as well known as Kamakura or other spots in Tokyo, but recently there have been long lines before the illumination opens.

The illumination is excellent and the park itself is beautifully designed.

After opening for lunch, the park closes for about 30 minutes and reopens in the evening for the illumination.

The surrounding area is a completely residential area, so please be mindful of noise and manners when lining up and when going to and from work.

There are also toilets in the park.
