Fulgen is amongst the best of options you will have when it comes to cafe's in tokyo or elsewhere. Right from their snack offerings to drinks. They are reliable and consistent. I have visited them numerous times on each trip. My regular hostel happens to be not far from here so I make it a point to stop by here whenever in need of coffee or a mid day snack. Hut they are very popular. Meaning at certain times of the day you are likely to have to stand in a que. Any who, I think if you are someone who enjoys coffee. This is worth trying.
