If you are a coffee enthusiasist, this is by far the best of coffee related experience you will have in tokyo. I took the risk of trying their expensive but award winning ecuadorian brew. A shot of espresso and in a sit it was clear why it deserved to win. In the day's to come I ended up stopping by on several ocassions.
Not the most expensive purchases again but tried a variety each time. I don't think oat milk brings out what milk can with coffee but tried an espresso shot with oat milk and it was really good. There is a smelling station in the back and they will give you a sample smell tour of all their coffee so that was really fun to do. They were very happy to do it and happy to be creative about what taste like what. The pastries and breads were a delight too. I remember trying a cold brew as well. My favourite was their espresso soft serve. Light on the pocket and so yummy!
