Tokyo Attractions|Cherry Blossom Viewing Spots in Shinjuku

Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is located in Shinjuku District. It is a great place to enjoy flowers, with a long flowering period and a wide variety of varieties. There are about 68 varieties of cherry trees planted here, making the flower viewing experience rich and diverse. From the winter cherry blossoms in early spring in February, to the Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms that fill the garden from late March to early April, followed by the Ichihazakura and Kanzanzakura in April, until the gorgeous blooming of the Suzuka-hanging cherry blossoms at Umego-ji Temple at the end of April, each period has different scenery that will make you intoxicated.
