My friend and I visited Cafe de Lapis in Omotesando on a weekday evening, and it was such a delightful experience! This trendy, small coffee shop has a chic vibe, perfect for a relaxed catch-up.

Their most famous treat is the jewel-like cake made with kohakutou (amber sugar). It was absolutely stunning—brightly colored and almost too pretty to eat. But of course, we couldn’t resist! The cake was light, subtly sweet, and paired wonderfully with the coffee. The drinks were equally impressive, with a variety of options to satisfy any caffeine lover.

The café’s cozy yet stylish atmosphere made it an ideal spot to unwind after exploring Omotesando.
