Forest of Knowledge: Quiet Time at the University of Tokyo

#TokyoItinerary
Walking around the campus of the University of Tokyo is like being in a distant temple of knowledge. The red brick Yasuda Auditorium stands majestically, exuding a heavy sense of history, as if every brick and stone is engraved with the wisdom of the years and the hard work of scholars. The sun shines through the towering ginkgo trees, casting mottled shadows. As the autumn wind blows, the fallen leaves cover the path like a golden romantic poem, making people slow down and savor this quiet world. In the depths of the campus, the Sanshiro Pond has sparkling waters, reflecting the lush trees and skyline around it, like a painting where nature and humanity are interwoven. I sat by the pool, gazing at the rippling water. My thoughts seemed to drift away with the ripples to an unknown distance, and I felt inner peace and fulfillment. When we left, the afterglow of the setting sun spread over the entire campus, giving this century-old institution a warm golden hue. I know very well that the beauty of the University of Tokyo lies not only in the harmony between architecture and nature, but also in the wisdom and spirit of pursuit of truth fostered here, which will be unforgettable for a long time.
