The observation deck of Carrot Tower in Sangenjaya is a hidden spot where you can see the western side of Tokyo for free. The transition from dusk to night view is truly moving.

This time, I visited with a telephoto lens. You can capture scenes that can't be seen from the ground with the telephoto lens, so you can take great photos!

Access: Directly connected from Sangenjaya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line.

Tips: The observation deck is on the 26th floor. The magic hour in the evening is especially recommended. It’s less crowded and you can enjoy the view at a relaxed pace.
