I finally went to the long-awaited Pizza 4P's located in Azabudai Hills🍕
When I went to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a Vietnamese acquaintance told me that this restaurant is run by a Japanese couple in Ho Chi Minh and is very delicious and highly recommended, so I must go! But I didn’t have time to visit then. Soon after, to my surprise, it opened as a reimport in Azabudai Hills, which made me very happy. However, it quickly became popular, and I couldn’t get a reservation when I wanted. It’s been almost a year since it opened, and this time I finally got to go😍
Thankfully, I got a seat right in front of the open kitchen counter✨
First, the menu book was in a style I had never seen before, almost like enjoying a magazine🎵
Cheers with their original craft beer🍻
The seasonal tartare was tuna and pear tartare. Not only was it visually beautiful, but it was absolutely exquisite!!🩷
I was surprised how well tuna and pear matched🫢
For the main pizza, I ordered two half & half pizzas.
One was the signature pizza topped with burrata cheese made in-house & Margherita, and the other was a cheese pizza eaten with curry and honey🧀
Freshly baked in the oven, every bite was just perfect🍕💕
The sea bream and saffron risotto was also so delicious that I definitely recommend ordering it!
For dessert, I ordered tiramisu🤎
It was the first time I had tiramisu so moist with a perfect match of sweetness and bitterness! It was incredibly delicious.
It was definitely worth waiting a month for a reservation!
I want to go again🥹🥹🥹
