【Tokyo】Hamburger Lunch at a Beer Bar Where You Can Easily Go Alone

It's pronounced "Shumatz"☺️
I thought the Bourguignon Butter Hamburger looked delicious, so I had a solo lunch🤤
The interior has counter and table seats, and since it was a quiet time, they kindly said I could choose any seat even if I was alone✨
After sitting down and ordering, the lunch soup was brought out immediately.
Then, the food took about 25 minutes to arrive, probably because they were carefully cooking the hamburger to make it delicious⭐︎ I had plenty of time, so it was fine, but if you want a quick lunch, be aware!
The hamburger was hot and juicy, with the Bourguignon butter melting right away, mixing deliciously with the sautéed spinach and potatoes😋
You can choose between rice or bread🙌🏻
It’s filling and a great place to relax, so I recommend it when you have time or for solo travelers🫶🏻
