If it's your first time traveling to Japan, be careful about this (Part 1)

#TravelGuide #JapanTravel #JapanTravelGuide

I've summarized the things to watch out for when traveling in Japan!!!
Part 1 of must-know information if it's your first time visiting Japan

High cash usage: Some areas or small shops may not accept card payments, so be sure to prepare enough cash!!

Taxi fares are expensive: The base fare is high and increases quickly based on distance and time. It is recommended to use public transportation as much as possible, hehe.

Follow seating instructions in stores: Unlike in our country, do not sit down until the staff at the restaurant guides you to a seat! Sitting down without permission is considered very rude!!

Lack of trash bins: Like in our country these days, there are almost no trash bins in public places, so keep this in mind!

Respect quiet atmosphere: Be careful not to make phone calls or talk loudly in public places like subways.

No tipping culture: Giving tips is not polite and can actually be considered rude! It's nice that there is no tipping culture like in Western countries.. (🥰)

Precautions when using hot springs: Many places restrict entry if you have tattoos. Be sure to wash your body before entering the bath!!

Subway transfers are complicated: Various lines and companies are intertwined, so transfers can be difficult. Check the routes in advance! Some lines allow transfers while seated, so be sure to check beforehand!!
