Recommended Indoor Date Exhibition in Tokyo

I recently visited the exhibition ‘LIVING Modernity: Experiments in the Exceptional and Everyday 1920s–1970s’ held at the National Art Center in Tokyo.

This exhibition showcases innovative attempts surrounding housing that began in the 20th century from seven perspectives that characterize modern houses: hygiene, materials, windows, kitchens, furniture, media, and landscaping.

It displayed many modern experiments that you could hardly imagine in houses from the 1920s to the 1970s🫢.

Fourteen houses were exhibited, and it was impressive how each showed a different vision under the same theme of ‘home.’
And above all, it was the kind of house I want to live in👀.

The exhibition runs from 03/19/2025 to 06/30/2025, so I highly recommend visiting if you have the time-✨.
