[Tokyo] The new restaurant from the famous Torishiki group has opened in Nakameguro!

The new restaurant from the world-renowned yakitori Torishiki group, "Bird Lab," has opened in Nakameguro✨
When I called on Saturday the same day, they said the terrace was available at any time, so I stopped by😆
The building is right along the Meguro River, so it’s easy to find, but I wasn’t sure how to enter... It’s an auto-lock system where you press 501 to be let in🙄
Although it was hot during the day, the night was cool, open, and very pleasant, so I’m glad I chose the terrace, but there were a lot of bugs!! From tiny ones to large beetles flying around (lol)
The staff were very polite and handled the beetles each time, but if you can’t stand bugs, it’s better to use the indoor seating (lol)
The dishes mostly combined chicken with spices in an ethnic style, which was innovative and interesting💕
Among the a la carte dishes, the torn fried potatoes were especially delicious🫶🏻
Of course, the yakitori skewers were all flavorful and tasty, but there were fewer varieties.
The hearts, bonjiri (chicken tail), and hinatoro (young chicken thigh) were all seasoned with various spices and very satisfying!
For the finish, I had the green curry, but it was a bit different from the green curry I had imagined.
Next time, I want to try the indoor seating because it was very stylish🤗
