A tour around the Imperial Palace

✨️ After admiring the beautiful building used as Tokyo Station, a short walk leads to the Imperial Palace, surrounded by lush green gardens where people come to jog. We can only view the exterior, which is the East Garden.

✨️ The palace is located on the former site of Edo Castle, once the residence of the Tokugawa shoguns. The palace grounds are surrounded by moats and towering stone walls, resembling a large garden. It is currently the residence of the Emperor.

✨️ See the Nijubashi Bridge, which crosses to the palace. When reflected in the water, it looks like a pair of glasses.
