All seasons are suitable for visiting, but spring and autumn are the best.
The park boasts specialized botanical gardens, including a cherry blossom garden, a peach blossom garden, a plum blossom garden, a pine garden, and a ginkgo grove, serving as an important base for popular science education, helping young people learn about plant species and popularize natural science knowledge. Furthermore, the Qinchun Garden, a 200-acre recreational area in Jingshan Park, features a plaza, an artificial lake, a waterfall, and a Siyuan Pavilion. Another recreational area, the Leisure Garden, offers a teahouse, tennis and badminton courts, and a swimming pool, providing residents with a diverse array of leisure activities and a beautiful environment.
In 2009, Jingshan Park named the pavilions, corridors, squares and other facilities in the scenic area, which improved the functions of the park and made it more convenient for citizens to visit the mountain. The calligraphy works of many calligraphers also added cultural atmosphere to Jingshan and enhanced its cultural connotation.
