Roppongi Michelin ⭐️ Sushi Yu Omakase Night

I finally visited the Roppongi spot I’ve been wanting to go to, 【Shangri-La's secret ROPPONGI】🍄
The clientele is mostly women with high beauty standards, like Minato Ward ladies (lol).
This time, I had the ¥7,260 Houjo Heitan course. 🫶🏻
First, two appetizers arrived.
A mushroom skewer that looked like yakitori came out, but it really tasted like meat and was delicious! 😋
Next, the stylish hot pot I was looking forward to was served individually. 🍲
The aroma of the medicinal black soup whetted my appetite.
Then, a variety of colorful mushrooms appeared! They were so vibrant they looked great in photos alone. 🤎
We timed 3 minutes with the hourglass on the table and dug in! The soup soaked in perfectly and it was incredibly tasty. 😍
Next came tofu and vegetables. 🥬
These were also soaked well in the black soup, and the texture was chewy, more like mochi than tofu—absolutely exquisite!
The soup alone is delicious, but with the Japanese-style sauce, sesame sauce, and various other seasonings, you can change the flavor endlessly, making it even more delicious. 🥰
Then, meat was served! Three kinds: chicken, pork, and beef. After shabu-shabu, I was already full and very satisfied, but then mushroom noodles came out as the finale. They absorbed the soup and were so delicious that, even though I was full, I could still eat them—it's a mystery (lol).
Dessert was included, and I think this is a great value for the price. 👏🏻
The interior is very luxurious, and the staff provide polite service. It’s very stylish, so I recommend it for business dinners and such. ✨
