Tokyo Food Exploration｜Suidobashi｜trevo トレボ trevo coffee&meals

I've long had this Korean-style "trevo" near Tokyo Dome bookmarked! I was always afraid of long lines until I saw the limited strawberry plate and rushed over～ The address is 1F, Scotts Square Suidobashi, 1-17-6 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku. Business hours are 11:00-17:00 (irregular holidays). If you want to check in, make sure to take note first!

They release seasonal limited sets each period, with stunning presentation. Among Tokyo’s many brunch spots, their style and flavors are truly unique 🥄! This time I tried the strawberry plate, with salted butter paired with strawberries and prosciutto. The taste is subjective; I think it’s safe but not super amazing, though it’s great for photos～ What really hit my heart was the refreshing orange juice with mint 🥺!

However, the shop only has five tables, suitable for 1-2 people, and only two owners run it, so the serving speed is a bit slow 😭. I arrived at 11 a.m. on Saturday and still waited almost an hour! I suggest going early to be the first wave of customers, or you’ll really be frustrated waiting～ Sisters wanting to experience Korean-style brunch, hurry and go!
