“Hakata Furyu” is a ramen shop we visited twice 😋😁
We’re hooked on their broth—fragrant, rich, and perfectly balanced.

For big eaters, the shop offers up to 2 free noodle refills, and you can choose from 4 levels of noodle firmness. If you like it spicy, they have seasonings like chili, pickled ginger, and pickled vegetables to customize your flavor. Personally, I prefer it as is to fully enjoy the authentic pork bone broth flavor. Just a sprinkle of sesame seeds adds a wonderful aroma and taste.

Best of all, it’s very affordable. Tonkotsu Ramen starts at 750¥. Buying is easy—just select your menu and pay at the automatic machine.

The branch we visited is small. We came twice and both times there was a line (mostly Japanese customers), but the wait wasn’t long.
