The only Shamo chicken hot pot specialty restaurant in Tokyo

On this trip to Tokyo, I found an incredibly delicious Shamo chicken hot pot! Tori Ryori Ariake is located at Monzen-Nakacho Station in Tokyo. Established in 1976, it is a long-standing restaurant with a 50-year history and the only Shamo chicken hot pot specialty store in Fukagawa. The interior is elegant and comfortable, yet the prices are surprisingly affordable. For 4000 yen per person, you can enjoy a rich Shamo chicken hot pot set meal and try various signature dishes. The must-try is the Takigawa tofu, cut into fine strips, which tastes a bit like tofu noodles! It’s refreshing with a great texture, truly a delightful surprise! The grilled chicken meatballs and chicken are also very tasty, with the chicken having a firm and springy texture!
