A Tokyo resident of 10 years decided to go all out and 'tour'! Part 4

This is the post for the fourth day of a 5-night, 6-day trip that I survived through!
I was busy rushing around from the morning again this day.

Photo
I was heading straight to the Harry Potter Studio in Toshimaen! Ah, I’ve only binge-watched Harry Potter 10 times so far, but I just couldn’t contain this bubbling excitement.

Photo
They were even selling wands at the wand shop.. But honestly, I don’t need a wand in daily life, and they were quite expensive, so I didn’t buy one. (Am I really a Harry Potter fan?) But I did touch each one. Hehe.

Ugh, do you see this?! This is the banquet hall!!!!!! I really can’t believe I got to come here.. I felt like I was Harry. There’s even a moving staircase, and it actually moves.. Sigh.. I really have no regrets even if I die now.

, Sixth photo
The characters were all mannequins standing there. You can see Voldemort, Hagrid, and many other characters, but some were just mannequins without faces, so it kind of broke the immersion^^;;

, Eighth photo
Wow, the bridge at Hogwarts and Harry’s room were recreated so well. It’s truly authentic!!!

, Tenth photo
I also checked out the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 ¾ and tried to pass through the wall (?), but I guess I’m not qualified..

# Eleventh photo
Diagon Alley was honestly.. it really felt like I was inside the movie. For that moment, I was truly a Hogwarts student. Seriously!!!!

Photo
Phew, seeing the Hogwarts structure in real life, the one I only saw in the movies.. I think I teared up a bit.. This structure changes lighting to recreate morning to night, and it felt like scenes from season 1 were flashing by like a slideshow. A touching moment.

Photo
Everything else was expensive, so I only bought these jelly beans. But seriously.. the flavors are exactly as described, so it’s better not to eat them unless you want to.

, Fifteenth photo
After touring Harry Potter, I came to Asakusa! The vibe was a bit different from the Asakusa I knew!? It felt more modernized.. The view of the Sumida River and Skytree together was really beautiful.

# Sixteenth and seventeenth photos
The reason I came to Asakusa! It was to participate in the Bon Odori festival. There are many festivals in summer, right? Among them, Bon Odori is a traditional Japanese dance.. and there was a festival where everyone danced it together here. A lot of people gathered, and not only the performers on stage but also ordinary people and foreigners all danced the Bon dance together.

# Eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth photos
The highlight of this festival is at night! The glowing Skytree and everyone becoming one through the Bon dance really enhanced the festival’s atmosphere. The scenery was indescribably beautiful.

Phew, I really went all out until this day..
From the next day, I took it a bit easier. Everyone, breathe lol The next post will probably be the last one. Please look forward to it^^
