🍽️ est Chef’s Tasting 10-Course Menu: 30,000 yen per person (Apéritif, Amuse, 2 Appetizers, 2 Mains, 2 Desserts, Friandises, Coffee or Tea)
As a reward dinner, I went to est at Four Seasons Tokyo Otemachi.
I enjoyed the est Chef’s Tasting 10-course menu.
Being on the 39th floor, the view was great, but on this day, I requested a private room for a more intimate experience.
The dishes featuring truffles and caviar were perfectly balanced with the plates, and the delicacy of the desserts stood out. The portion sizes were just right.
The accompanying bread was crispy and chewy, and very delicious.
By the way, the white truffle in the white truffle risotto was available for an additional charge, but the aroma was truly exquisite—neither too strong nor weak—and I was able to enjoy an amazing truffle.
I enjoyed every last bite, including the final sweets, and I even received jam as a souvenir at the end!
The price might seem a bit high, but the hospitality where the staff attends to every detail, the wonderful atmosphere, and the delicious food make this price actually feel like great value.
Definitely consider this for a special treat or when sightseeing in Tokyo—a dinner at Tokyo’s top luxury restaurant 🍽️
