It is considered one of the cleanest city beaches. The coast is covered with gray-yellow fine sand mixed with shell rock. The entry into the sea is smooth, and the bottom is flat, without stones. The swimming area is limited by buoys.

There is a pedestrian path along the beach, and the territories of expensive high-rise hotels come out onto it. At low tide, the beach is wide, and the water is shallow. At high tide, it is a narrow strip of sand and immediately a deep, waist-deep sea, which is often rough.

There are warning signs in Russian and English on the beach describing the color zones for swimming, marked with corresponding floats.
