I visited the latest luxury hotel, JANU TOKYO, to enjoy their lunch✨

This time, I went to JANU GRILL on the 4th floor.

I ordered the weekend and holiday limited lunch course.
You choose a salad, main dish, and side.
That day, I chose Caesar salad, grilled white fish, and beef ribeye. (Beef has an additional charge)
It was a day I really wanted to eat beef✨

The free-range egg in the salad was rich and flavorful, and it was the first time in a while I thought the egg was delicious🥚
The white fish poêlé was sea bream, with the skin grilled crispy, so the texture was enjoyable.
The main beef dish had a crispy surface from the oil, tender inside, and juicy. It was a dish where you could fully savor the umami of the beef.

For dessert, since it was my birthday, they kindly served a plate.

Although it’s on the 4th floor and relatively low, there was nothing blocking the view outside the window, and the scenery was excellent.

Being part of the AMAN group, the space had a stylish Japanese taste with a constant sense of luxury.
