[Exquisite Yakiniku in Akasaka] Incredible dedication to the meat! Thick-cut tongue is delicious

Visited with a friend, two people.
After 7 PM, the restaurant gets so popular that it’s fully booked!
The atmosphere is calm, and the staff’s service was polite and left a good impression.

The first thing that impressed me was the "Special Thick-Cut Tongue."
Despite being thick, even when grilled thoroughly on both sides, the inside remains rare, incredibly tender, and juicy.
The "Goku Tongue" is said to have the lean part trimmed off, creating a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
The "Extra Thick Premium Liver" was recommended by the staff. It had no unpleasant smell and an impressive melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The "Snow Melting Kalbi" is a fun dish visually, with plenty of finely sliced green onions spread on top.
Wrapping it with green onions and steaming it increases the sweetness, making it delicious even without sauce.
The "Zabuton" has a good amount of fat and a rich flavor. The "Shinshin" felt like true lean meat with a firm texture and satisfying bite! Since the juicy meat continued, it was a good balance. You can fully enjoy the original taste of the meat.

The "Grilled Shabu Meat Sushi" is a luxurious dish finished by torching misuji and mixing it with egg yolk on top.
For the finish, there was "CHINTAN Curry" and "Morioka Cold Noodles." The curry was packed with chunks of meat, giving a satisfying yakiniku restaurant feel. The cold noodles were refreshing and perfect for cleansing the palate. Desserts were "Salt Milk Ice Cream" and "Purple Sweet Potato Ice Cream," ending on a refreshing note.

The quality of the meat was high, and each dish felt carefully prepared, making it a great yakiniku experience.
A place I want to visit again!
