The word "ART" in the restaurant's name means "art" or "innovation" in French, and the restaurant offers "modern udon" that transcends the boundaries of traditional Sanuki udon.

The restaurant's greatest draw is its homemade udon noodles, characterized by their firmness and elasticity, combined with the unique broth and ingredients supervised by renowned restaurants, creating a new dining experience!

The noodles are made with wheat grown in Kagawa Prefecture, and are always freshly made and boiled. What's more, they offer a different texture each day, with "thin noodles" on odd-numbered days and "thick noodles" on even-numbered days, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience no matter how many times you visit. 💖
