[Tokyo Ueno🇯🇵 Toeizan Kan'eiji Temple Kaisando Hall] Visit a place associated with the Tokugawa family☺️

#Let'sTravelWithPochikatsu

I went to the Kaisan-do Hall of Kan'ei-ji Temple, located in Ueno, Tokyo. ☺️

The Kaisan-do Hall enshrines Jigen Daishi Tenkai Daisojo, the founder of Toeizan.

First built in 1644, the current hall was rebuilt in 1993.

The Kaisan-do Hall is also known as Ryodaishi (Both Masters of the Two Great Masters), and is worshipped here.

It was spacious and had a wonderful atmosphere.

I heard they also offer zazen meditation, so I'd love to try it.
