The restaurant's signature dish, which has gained widespread recognition, is the "Scotch Egg Set Meal." While Scotch eggs are rarely found on menus due to the effort required, Western Cuisine Kobayashi has perfected this dish with a soft-boiled, runny yolk and juicy, spiced minced meat, achieving a perfect balance. What makes it unique is the "Kobayashi-style" way of enjoying it, combining a specially simmered demi-glace sauce with homemade tomato jam (or strawberry jam sauce).
