[Sugamo] The Umami of Duck Takes Center Stage! Exquisite and Elegant Ramen "Duck & Green Onion"

Located in Sugamo, "Ramen Duck & Green Onion" is a sister store of the popular "Duck to Green Onion."
Since it’s less crowded than the main store in Okachimachi, the Sugamo location is recommended.

The soup is a duck broth slowly simmered over low heat using only "duck, green onion, and water,"
offering a mellow and rich soy sauce flavor that lets you taste the true umami of duck.

The noodles are thin and pair well with the soup.
They use a special original noodle blend made from domestic whole wheat flour and wheat.

The duck confit is moist, tender, and exquisite without being heavy.

They also take great care with the green onions,
allowing you to choose two types from three varieties when ordering.
Personally, I recommend the "Domestic Thick White Green Onion."
You can really taste the sweetness of the green onion.

Yuzu pepper is provided at the table,
and while it adds a nice accent and is delicious,
it changes the flavor quite a bit, so it’s best to add it toward the end.

The interior has only counter seats.
The tables are made of tatami material, creating a calm atmosphere where you can focus on the taste with a Japanese feel◎

Also, it’s conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Sugamo Station,
making it perfect for lunch or a drink after work.

Definitely a highly recommended spot!
It seems a new store will open in Shibuya as well,
so be sure to check it out🍜✨
