We had lunch at Nomu Café, a stunning space attached to Nicolai Bergmann’s flower shop in Aoyama. The entire interior was dressed in warm autumn tones — dried leaves, pumpkins, and floral arrangements that looked like art installations. Every corner was picture-perfect, blending Scandinavian minimalism with the soft romance of Japanese seasonal design.

For lunch, we enjoyed Denmark’s traditional open-faced sandwiches (Smørrebrød) — you can choose two toppings and a drink for ¥2,420. Beautifully presented, light yet satisfying, and perfectly matched with the cozy atmosphere.

After the meal, we spent a while browsing the flower shop next door — filled with Bergmann’s iconic flower boxes and elegant bouquets. A visit here feels like stepping into a floral dreamscape, where design and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
