I ordered a cold latte with a perfectly round ice sphere, and the barista poured matcha and hojicha right in front of me — such a soothing and sensory experience. The flavors were rich yet delicate, with the matcha’s gentle bitterness perfectly balanced by the creamy milk.

Reservations aren’t available, and there was about a 40-minute wait on a weekend afternoon — but it was well worth it. If you love matcha and unique cafés, this spot is a must-visit next time you’re in Shibuya.
