The moment Tokyo's night awakens

#OctoberTravelSupport

The moment you step into Kabukicho, the city's heartbeat suddenly begins to beat. Neon signs flash across every alley, captivating your attention, and the footsteps of people never seem to slow down, even late at night. The scent of ramen and charcoal wafting on the breeze is so enticing that you'll pause for a moment to consider your options.

Each alley is lined with small izakayas and bars, each with its own unique story and atmosphere. Open a narrow door and the air is filled with the chatter of travelers and locals, and a sip of beer evokes the city's vibrant energy. The scenery outside the window, the endless stream of people, all become part of the scene.

Follow a little further, and the atmosphere changes constantly. Travelers pose beneath flashy signs, couples snap photos, and even solo walkers enjoy the night at their own pace, captivating you. Even without a camera, each scene becomes a record of your travels.

The allure of Kabukicho lies in the rhythm hidden within its splendor. What once seemed like noise suddenly becomes background music, and the fast-moving city offers travelers a strange energy. As you walk, you naturally come to understand why Tokyo never sleeps, even at night.

On the way back, the neon lights still lingered in my mind, making it difficult to move forward. For this reason, I always want to return to Tokyo at night.
