Introducing Shanghecheng

Located in Pingyu County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, Pingyu Shanghecheng, also known as the Pingyu Qinghe Tourism and Cultural Park, is Pingyu's first National AAA-level scenic spot and the premier experiential and distinctive commercial district in the Central Plains. Along the southern bank of the Xiaoqing River and along both sides of the inner river, a water town cultural street, reminiscent of an ancient Jiangnan town, is designed. The street creates a Jiangnan-style atmosphere of living and relaxing by the water, with a crisscrossing network of inner and outer canals and the gentle sway of small boats. Integrating the culture of the Central Plains, particularly Pingyu's own, the park integrates dining, drinking, entertainment, and accommodation (distinct from the low-end residential needs of garden hotels).
