If you are into specialty coffee, you would probably notice this brand appearing in all the Bay Area of US. Now you can get to try it in Tokyo.

The interior of this cafe is very clean and minimalistic, almost like a science lab. Bright interior, window view, high ceilings, and stylish baristas of native Japanese and Californian expats in denim.
Price-wise is on the expensive end but you must try the NOLA ice cofee as it’s strong yet clear and so delicious. I regret not getting any merchandise here. Get their cold brew can for take away too.
