A week ago, I made a special trip to Tachuan. I was pleasantly surprised to see the persimmon trees I had been longing for, but unfortunately, the fall colors were gone, and I didn't see the morning mist.
Unwilling to give up, I heard that there is a hot spring town in Anhui, and the fall colors are just right.
So, I set off from Nanjing on Saturday, took a high-speed train for an hour, and achieved fall freedom. I also found the feeling of a long-lost vacation.

The fall colors are in full swing, and you can experience the fun of hiking. There are small bridges and flowing water along the way, with a view at every step. The mountains are full of red and yellow maple leaves, with a great sense of layering. The watchtower on the top of the mountain is the best place to watch the sunset. Jiubao Hot Spring
Highly recommended, you must come and soak in it. It's a genuine natural hot spring, and the fall colors outside the window are amazing, no less than Kyoto. You can reach out and touch the maple leaves. Firewood Pot Rice
The stove is made of clay, and the fire is made of firewood. The pot rice has the taste of childhood, as if returning to the days of eating grandma's cooking. By the way, with sausage, steamed pork, small fish... it's really delicious. Don't forget to drink a bowl of chicken soup, made from chickens raised by the villa.

Drive and navigate to "Tongling Yongquan Town". High-speed train to "Tongling Station", 25 minutes by taxi.
For accommodation in the town, you can book a pick-up service one day in advance.
[TIPS]
1. You can join the bonfire party at night, the host is really fun.
2. Pets are allowed in the town.
3. If you stay at a hot spring hotel, there is a private hot spring in the room, and there is underfloor heating. You can bring your parents.
4. The fall colors can last until mid-December.
