A two-day, one-night pure oxygen therapy trip – now that's what I call living!
**Day 1 Itinerary:**
Breathe in fresh air at Daqi Mountain → Check in and rest at the hotel → Huxiao Gorge Rafting → Daqi Mountain National Forest Park
- Just a 15-minute taxi ride from the train station (around ¥10-20!).
- Bag storage at the entrance costs up to ¥20.
Dubbed "Little Jiuzhaigou of Hangzhou," strolling through bamboo forests while listening to babbling streams is incredibly soothing.
The hike is easy, with about 2-3 hours round trip for photos and leisurely walking.
- **Huxiao Gorge Rafting (A must for summer!)**
After the hike, rest at the hotel to recharge before heading out! Afternoon is perfect for water fun.
The cool water is refreshing and thrilling – super fun for summer!
Must-bring: Change of clothes & toiletries! There are showers available post-rafting.
**Day 2 Itinerary:**
Sleep in → Shishe Village → Maoling Ancient Trail light hike → Return
- **Maoling Ancient Trail highlights:**
Choose the easiest section: Taxi to **[Shishe Village]** → Explore the village → Hike along the ancient trail (breathtaking views) → End at **[Maoping Village]** → Wander the village → Taxi back to town.
Only 4-5 km total! Scenic and peaceful, with untouched ancient villages – perfect for a relaxed outing.
**Food Recommendations:**
- Yu Family Mung Bean Cake (Highly popular!)
- Amao/A Chunjiang/Xiaobao Sauerkraut Fish
- Zhouji Braised Pig Trotters (Tender and fragrant~)
- Yaolin Dessert Shop (Great for cooling off)
- Zhouqi Steamed Egg Cake
- Yaolin Lao (Local specialty)
- Qiangge Scallion Pancake (Crispy and delicious)
**Accommodation Recommendation:**
**[Lost Villa • Tonglu Homestay]**
Nestled in the mountains with stunning views!! On clear nights, you can even see the stars.
Rooms are clean and quiet, with a pool and restaurant – ideal for unwinding.
Pet-friendly, perfect for city dwellers looking to escape and relax.
