Travel the world with sand! The world's first sand museum

14th Exhibition "Sand World Travel: Egypt Edition"

Dates: Saturday, July 30, 2022 - Wednesday, January 3, 2024

Opened on November 18, 2006, this is a "Sand Museum" that exhibits "sand sculptures," which are carvings made from sand.

All of the sculptures are made from sand and water from the Tottori Sand Dunes.

Produced by sand sculpture artist and producer Katsuhiko Chaen, the exhibition invites sand sculpture artists from various countries around the world every year, and produces many of the world's best sand sculptures!

In particular, this season's Egypt edition was full of spectacular works that made you feel as if you had really wandered into Egypt.

Once the exhibition ends, the sand sculptures will return to their original sand, and they can only exist for a limited period of time.

The beauty of sand sculptures, which do not last forever, is one of the great attractions of sand sculptures.
Not only will you be impressed by the precision and power of the finished works, but you can also enjoy the story of the sand sculptures, which can only exist in a fixed place for a limited period of time, as you view them and feel like you're traveling around the world! !

You can get a good view of the sand dunes from the observation deck that continues from the third floor ^_^
There's also a bell of happiness!
