Visited "6-Inch Plate Brunch" in Toufen, Miaoli, and it was bustling with people in the morning. The business is booming, and you might need to wait for a table—but it's worth it! Every dish is so satisfying that you'll want to come back and try everything on the menu.

🥚 Especially loved the delicate knife work on the boiled eggs, and the fries were crispy to the very last bite! Even the egg pancakes were delicious.
