It is divided into four sections: the Western Park, the Stone Carving Park, the Natural Forest, and the Recreation Park.

The park displays a large number of precious stone carvings that were originally scattered around Nanjing and difficult to protect and display. It also carefully uses plants such as peach trees to create landscaping and appropriately embellishes with garden pieces. It is a park that integrates intellect and leisure. It is a large-scale urban landscape garden with both a rich historical and cultural atmosphere and a distinctive modern flavor.

The park houses more than 100 scattered stone carvings from the Nanjing area , dating from the Six Dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties, with most dating from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Some are displayed outdoors, while others are exhibited in the Baima Stone Carving Art Museum.
