The art plaza in front of the museum is a free area to enjoy. There are many dynamic works such as Yayoi Kusama's "Love is Forever Singing in Towada" and Inges Edé's "Ghost". 📌Cube Cafe & ShopA cafe attached to the museum. It is impressive that it is pure white, has a high ceiling, and is lit by natural light. On the floor, "Untitled" by Michael Lin from Taiwan is painted all over the floor. The vivid colors and design immediately brought to mind the Citizens' Gallery at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. 🥺Apple Pie has been in business for 70 years! This cake is made by Fukuda Confectionery, a popular confectionery shop in Towada, and is flavored with cinnamon and filled with lots of apples!
