Hidden in Towada, Aomori, Japan, is a surprisingly wonderful hot spring hotel—Hotel Pony Onsen. I recently had the chance to experience it, and I just have to share it with everyone!
🏨 Hotel Environment
Built in 1988 and renovated in 2007, the hotel blends traditional Japanese style with modern comfort. There are 24 rooms with well-designed layouts, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerators, and incredibly comfortable beds. The slippers and hair dryers in the bathrooms are a thoughtful touch, and the daily housekeeping service ensures a worry-free stay!

The leisure facilities here are fantastic! The massage therapists are skilled, leaving you feeling completely relaxed. The sauna is kept at a perfect temperature, ideal for detoxing. And the indoor hot spring is the highlight! The water is crystal clear and the temperature is just right. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the view outside melts away all the travel fatigue. The hotel also has a conference room, which is great for business travelers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and the free parking lot eliminates parking hassles. There are even dryers available, so you don't have to worry about wet clothes.

The hotel is close to many attractions. Numabukuromeisui Park and Inaoi River Fureai Park are within walking distance, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
