The black parts are probably burnt miso?

It felt like the flavor was deeper than regular miso ramen, and it was delicious!

It's quite spicy because of the large amount of spicy green onions topping, but I recommend it for those who like spicy food! The miso ramen was delicious with just the right amount of richness and saltiness!
