Italian🍅 x Ramen🍜 Tomato Ramen was so delicious!

When I went to Tsukuba, I went to Mendo Senri, a tomato ramen restaurant that I had been interested in!!!

The tomato ramen is made by an Italian chef, so I felt like I had eaten both Italian food and ramen, and somehow I felt like I got a bargain🤤

🧀 Tomato Cheese Ramen
I had tomato cheese ramen with cheese on top!!!
You can choose between thin and thick noodles for the ramen, and I ordered the thin noodles~!!!

Although it was ramen, it tasted like pasta and was simply delicious!!!

Because the noodles were thin, the soup was well mixed in and I enjoyed the rich tomato flavor🙏

To change the flavor halfway through, I added garlic oil🧄 and white wine vinegar, and both of them had a soft aroma that spread in my mouth, making it even more delicious without overpowering the main tomato flavor!!!

You can also change the flavor with black pepper or chili oil~!!!

🍜 Extra noodles
There are four types of extra noodles, but I ordered basil🌿. Even though it's called "kaedama," it looks like pasta and is delicious even if you eat it as is...🤤

You can eat it like pesto pasta🍝, so I definitely recommend ordering a kaedama!!!

I dipped it in the remaining tomato soup, changed the flavor with garlic oil or chili oil, and enjoyed various flavors!!!
