Tuen Mun Japanese Restaurant

Came to a Japanese restaurant in a housing estate shopping mall, but the quality was better than expected.

🌟Premium Beef Shoulder Udon (Pork Bone)
The pork bone soup base is quite thick and not too salty. The texture of the flat-bodied bird's nest is slippery, but still has a nice texture and is delicious! The beef shoulder is very tender.

🌟Scallion salmon belly roll
The salmon belly is thickly cut! It is rolled with rice, egg, crab sticks, chives and onion shreds, and topped with salad dressing. The whole thing is so fresh and sweet that it is already tasty enough without the need for extra soy sauce.

🌟Iron Fire Roll (Tuna)
The simple roll wrapped around the tuna sashimi highlights the freshness of the fish. A roll with 6 small rolls is actually quite satisfying!
