High-quality Beef and Seafood Buffet

Tuen Mun Town Plaza is a food hotspot, and it's lunchtime again. Craving a beef buffet, this specialty restaurant has a spacious setting, especially the vegetable area which feels very open. All dining sections are clean and tidy.
I chose the Australian Grain-Fed Black Angus + SRF American Wagyu + Seafood Buffet.
The beef selection is diverse and high quality, including grain-fed beef shoulder, PRIME American chuck eye roll, selected short ribs, SRF American Wagyu, and Australian grain-fed Black Angus. The meat is rich in flavor and tender, with the Wagyu especially fatty and delicious, and the Black Angus beef is chewy with great texture.
The seafood is equally outstanding, with large prawns that are substantial, crisp, and sweet. The fish maw is rich in collagen, chewy, thick, and smooth. The snapper slices are crisp and fresh, and the small sea cucumber is a delightful surprise—crisp and chewy, with a texture comparable to regular sea cucumber.
There are many fresh vegetables, clearly labeled as locally grown hydroponic produce, especially the Tang lettuce, which is particularly fresh, sweet, and crisp.
There’s also oden, various types of fish balls, desserts, snacks, and soft drinks.
Overall, the spacious environment combined with high-quality ingredients makes for a pleasant and comfortable dining experience.
