Alien airport on the beach? 🤔 Tuy Hoa

This is a monument on the beach of Tuy Hoa city in Vietnam, Phu Yen Province.
Its name on the map is Tháp Nghinh Phong.
The shape reminds us some signature landscape cliffs in this area. At night it lights up with different colors.
