#UbonLand, the Land of Kuay Jap, indeed!
Today, I took my boyfriend to a newly opened Kuay Jap restaurant, "Kuay Jap Tob," which is packed with pork rinds. But today, it was a little burnt.
A one-stop shop for breakfast, including steamed rice noodles, Kuay Jap, and traditional coffee.
People at Hua Pia are happy because it's #air-conditioned.
It's hot, so you can slurp it down, just like Thais!
#Food: Kuay Jap has a good broth base and is easy to prepare. It comes in four types of noodles: small, thin, instant noodles, and large. There are many toppings to add on.
Breakfast options include toast with eggs, sausage, and fried eggs. They're delicious!
#Price: Not cheap, not expensive, starting at 50 baht.
#Drinks: Traditional tea and coffee, sweet, rich, and not too sweet.
Recommended menu: *** Small Kuay Jap with mixed noodles and fried pork rinds.
Come and give it a try!
Because life as an Ubon girl is incomplete without kuay jap,
"Kuay Jap T.B." restaurant
Located opposite Somtam T.B., next to Nirachabu.
Open daily from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
