I would like to recommend a place to stay in Udon Thani. We stayed here because we were staying overnight before traveling to Nong Khai border checkpoint the next morning to continue our trip to Laos. This place is not far from Nong Khai checkpoint.
We arrived at the place at almost 11 pm and there were still receptionists and people checking in all the time. From what I asked, they had almost full customers every day. There are a lot of parking lots but they are always full. It should be because it is new, clean and not expensive.
We booked for 7xx with breakfast (breakfast is ready-made wraps with many flavors. They will heat it up when you pick it up and also provide hot coffee/milk). The room has complete amenities: air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, and bathroom with separate wet and dry zones.
