[Kumamoto Prefecture] A registered tangible cultural property currently being used as a school!

This historic building was built in 1902 and is registered as a national tangible cultural property.

It is located on a hill overlooking Misumi Nishi Port.

It is currently used as a maritime technical college.

When I visited, the school had just finished classes and there were no students, so I was only able to see a little bit of the interior near the entrance.

It was a retro, very beautiful, and very nice facility.
