This is the site of a monument commemorating the victory of the Soviet and Mongolian armies in World War II, and is now a popular tourist spot and place for locals to relax.

There are nearly 600 steps to climb to the top of the hill.

It's a bit tough, but at the top, a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of the city of Ulaanbaatar and the horizon of the distant grasslands awaits.
